Providing Continuity or Stabilizing Your Hotel Through First-Class Global Task Force GM Presence

General Manager level oversight for transitioning or distressed properties to include Operational, Financial, Facility/Capital, Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management and Controls.

Typical assignment is 30 days and extendable weekly thereafter. Long-term contracts will also be considered. Full property overview with recommended course of action will be provided in week one and follow up reports will be provided weekly or as requested. There will be a full handover at completion of the assignment. 


Boosting Performance of Your Hotel Through Asset Management

One-time or periodic review of hotel measureables with recommendations on remedies to eliminate shortfalls to target or to establish more aggressive targets and plot a course of performance to achieve those new targets.

Survey of the physical plant and subsequent dive into the Capital Plan to ensure adequate focus/distribution based on need and ROI.

One week visit to establish benchmark and develop preliminary recommendations. Thereafter, option to review results periodically to determine successes and next steps to improve performance.
