My mission is to exceed the expectations of all shareholders by leveraging 40 years hospitality experience to make hotels the best they can be. This is accomplished by quickly identifying opportunities in revenue, profit and operational performance and then applying proven principles to close the gap between results and goals. . . effectively connecting the dots. This exercise is undertaken with the shareholders to ensure there is a common commitment on plotting the course to improvement. The approach is meant to improve the foundation from which a hotel can more confidently move through its current phase or into a next phase of its business cycle; whether that’s ownership change, management change or repositioning.
